Curiosity turned into a full-blown passion, and I enrolled in a life-changing yoga teacher training course with Master Kalmal and Dr. Adrish Brahmadatta of Yoga Alliance Asia in Bangkok, Thailand. This wasn't just about mastering poses; it delved into the rich philosophy and spiritual core of yoga. It was an eye-opening experience, one of the most enriching courses I've ever taken. It ignited a fire within me to explore the vast potential of yoga.
This Was Just the Beginning
This was merely the first step on my yoga journey. Back then, I had no idea the incredible places yoga would take me, far beyond the confines of a cubicle. It would lead me to experiences that would reshape my life and open my heart to a deeper sense of self.
